Back safe and sound after a quite wonderful holiday. Everything went according to plan and the two camps were fantastic; the people were lovely and the food was great, particularly at Kwara. On our first night at Kanana we were the only guests so we were treated like royalty with a mini banquet by the water's edge. We didn't see too many animals whilst on the water, but just really enjoyed the scenery, whether travelling by mokoro canoe or speedboat, and it was certainly a highlight of the holiday to watch an elephant swimming from one island to another. Breathtaking!! Another highlight was hunting with a pack of lions at night; we left them before they made their kill because the guides said we were beginning to irritate them, which didn't seem a wise thing to continue, but a very special experience. The Zambezi Sun is definitely the place to stay when visiting the Falls. 5 minutes walk to our room meant we did not have to worry when getting soaked by the spray!! We decided the raincoats were for wimps, and those who had further to travel.Very many thanks for your help in making it such a wonderful experience. This was our fourth visit to Africa so I doubt we shall go again, but I will certainly not hesitate to recommend Africa Travel to anyone who shows an interest. - John & Monica
