We had a marvellous holiday. Your itinerary accurately reflected our wishes and we would like to thank you for the effort you took in making it all work. The phone call you made just before we left confirming that alternative arrangements were in hand if the BA strike affected our return flight removed this worry and allowed us to enjoy the holiday more. The accomodation was very good and we certainly received excellent service as for the most part we were the only guests! The highlight for us both was the Serondella Lodge and thanks to the joint efforts of Vivian and Marco, ably assisted by their team, we saw all we could expect and ate extremely well. Here again for most of the time we were the only guests and had had our own personal ranger and tracker. We also loved Cape Town and the surrounding area and could have spent much longer there - we need to go back! If we do, you can be assured that we would use Africa Travel to make the arrangements.
