Kenyan Adventure 2010
|
Within the hour we were touching down in this world famous reserve and the drive to the camp revealed just why the Mara is so popular with tourists seeking Africa’s big game. We enjoyed sightings of a herd of elephant, shifty looking hyenas, two cheetahs posing obligingly on a termite mound and a beautiful leopard all before reaching the camp from where we could see a lion on a kill. We’d scored a “cat-trick” and it wasn’t even lunchtime yet!
