Day 1

Overnight flight from the UK to Cape Town.

Day 2 - 6

Upon arrival in Cape Town pick up your hire car and make the 45 minute drive to the Babylonstoren located between, Franschhoek, Paarl and Stellenbosch. The Babylonstoren is a working Cape Dutch farm, with an exceptionally well preserved werf. The accommodation is centred around the garden that is at the heart of the farm. Spanning eight acres, the Babylonstoren garden is formal in structure. Every one of over 300 varieties of plants in the garden is edible and it is grown as biologically as we can. Fruit and vegetables are harvested year round for use in the restaurant. Guests can relax or take part in the day to day running if the farm. The guest suites are in the Cape Dutch style, all with whitewashed walls and thatched roofs, overlooking the garden and vineyards. Babylonstoren offers twelve cottages, eight suites with one bedroom and four with two bedrooms. In these rooms you will be cool in the summer and warmed by the open hearth fires in the winter.

Day 7

Upon checkout drive back to Cape Town airport to drop off your hire car and catch your flight back to the UK.
