Day 1:

Depart London Heathrow for Johannesburg, flying British Airways.

Days 2-3:

On arrival in Johannesburg, connect with your scheduled flight to Hoedspruit where you will be met and transferred to the Thornybush Game Reserve. You spend the next two nights at the Thornybush Game Lodge on a full board basis to include game viewing activities. Thornybush Game Lodge is located on the banks of the seasonal Mowana River, with views over the bush from the bar, dining area, pool and the suites. Each of the 20 rooms is fully air-conditioned and comes with a private viewing deck as well as a superb outdoor shower. Experienced and knowledgeable guides and trackers lead game drives and walks to seek out the Big 5 and the many other species found here.

Days 4-6:

Return to Hoedspruit today arriving in time for your scheduled flight to Johannesburg. On arrival, you will be met and transferred by road to Sun City. You spend the next three nights at one of the most exciting resorts in the world, staying at Cascades Hotel on a bed and breakfast basis. Sun City is recognised as South Africa’s premier resort and offers something for everyone – game viewing, golf, spa, squash and tennis, mountain biking and throughout the resort, wide range of dining options. Children are well catered for with swimming pools, South Africa’s largest waterpark and a children’s club. Cascades Hotel at Sun City has undergone a major refurbishment with the original garden area being transformed into a lake with cascading waterfalls. The pool deck has been extended and the lawn areas have been converted into a sandy beach complete with a secluded bathing area. In addition to a heated pool and a Jacuzzi pool the hotel features a children’s swimming pool. The comfortably furnished rooms now feature larger bathrooms with separate shower and bath.

Day 10:

Today you transfer back to Johannesburg airport arriving in time for your scheduled flight to Cape Town. On arrival, collect your hire car and make your way to the Cape Royale Luxury Hotel & Residence, where you spend the next three nights on a bed and breakfast basis. Enjoying panoramic views over Cape Town and the Atlantic Ocean, Cape Royale is a stylish and sophisticated city retreat. Luxury and elegance are evident throughout the hotel from the entrance and the spa through to the designer suites. Each of the 83 suites features contemporary décor, luxurious fabrics and carefully selected artwork. Day 10:

Return to Cape Town today, arriving in time to drop off your hire car and check in for your scheduled overnight British Airways flight to London Heathrow.
